I Really Love These Magnet Tins They’re So Handy

I Really Love These Magnet Tins I have over time collected a few of these little magnetic tins for my craft trolley for quick access to some my craft items. But until yesterday I didn’t realize that they are also a very handy pin tin.   I was busy pinning up a project that I am busy doing at the moment and I was struggling to get these little pins out of there little tiny container they came in. I didn’t want to take all my pins of my old but very strong pin dish (As shown down on the second lost photo of this blog). So I would put them into one of my empty magnetic pin tins. Well I was struggling even more to get them out of the depths of the tin. Then I tipped them into the lid and this made it easier. But ROFL! I saw the magnet on the bottom of the tin and thought “Oh my goodness I have had these all this time and I didn’t realize that ...

3D Printed 40 Years Loved & Blessed Cake Topper

3D Printed 40 Years Loved & Blessed Cake Topper We couldn’t find the type of cake topper we wanted for our 40 th wedding anniversary, we looked everywhere on the internet, that could get it to us in time for our party. We could find one’s for a 50 th and 60 th wedding anniversary, but not for a 40 th .  So we decided that we would had no choice but to make it ourselves. And of course we had to use our 3D printer. Only we (Or at least my Hubby) had never used a program called “Tinker Cad” before. Tinker Cad for those that don’t know is a program that you can design your own prints. When I asked how to design our own 3D model on Face Book on a 3D help site, I was told I needed to use a program called Tinker Cad and then I might also have to use a blender. Lol I replied with; “I know you are not talking about putting my 3D model into my kitchen blender.” There are so many symbols and jargon out there it can get confusing and frustrating, it’s like a...

How To Make This Christmas Tree Out Of Beads

How To Make This Christmas Tree                                   Out Of Beads To make this beaded Christmas tree you will need the following: -          A foam shaped cone/Christmas tree, -          Small mild steal pins, you will not be able to use normal sewing pins as they are too long for the job. -          Beads, I used imitation pearl beads and seed bead, you just have to make sure that the pins can fit inside the bead holes. -          PVA tacky glue, -          For the tree topper I found a lovely pin with a pink heart on the top. -          I also added some small satin bow and some tulle rosettes. These beaded Chr...

The Dome Restaurant In Edinburgh At Christmas Time

The Dome Restaurant In Edinburgh At                                  Christmas Time During our trip to the UK and Europe back in 2017 we stumbled across this amazingly decorated place in Edinburgh while we were walking back to our hotel. The lights caught our eye and so yes of course we had to go see what they were. And oh it was just WOW. This business certainly knew how to draw business in. They have all the outside so perfectly decorated and lit up. Then was you looked through the glass panels in the door you could see into the foyer and it was even more magically decorated. So you just have to pop your head in for a better look. With which they have a door man waiting just inside saying; “Come in and have a look and take as many photos as you would like.” He even took some photos of us together in the foyer. Then while we were taking photos of the entrance t...

What Would A Pastel Lady Do With A Hole In The Wall?

What Would A Pastel Lady Do With A Hole In The Wall?                                                   Welcome to our very unique but whimsical pastel kitchen.  We had a hole in our kitchen wall where we had our old air conditioner. My Hubby asked me "so what are we going to do with the hole in the wall." He was expecting me to say that I just want it to be plastered up. But I had already had some ideas on what to do with the hole in our wall. He knew it wouldn't be that simple He knows me better that, lol. And so the planning began, the research on Pinterest and the internet and this is the idea I came up with. A shadow box ...

Our Lord Never Deletes Us

Our Lord Never Deletes Us    Isaiah 49:16 ESV Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me. In the Easy to Read Version it says;  I drew a picture of you on my hands. You are always before my eyes.  In the Living Bible it says; See, I have tattooed your name upon my palm. In this world everything is so disposable. If it fails or it doesn't serve our needs anymore we just throw it out. If it’s broken we don't fix it we just replace it with a newer model. People are also disposable if they fail us or hurt us or don't agree with us or just simply no longer serve our needs we can just hit the delete button and delete them from our lives. (I know that sometimes this is not as straight forward as this and I totally understand that sometimes something just have to be deleted or thrown away).  I am so grateful that our Abba Father will never leave us or forsake us, or erase, or delete, or ...
