One Minute Pause Today I just wanted to share with you this really helpful app that was recommended to me. It is an app to just take some time out of your day to just pause for 60 seconds and breathe. I have found it really is helping me to just feel less burdened and more relaxed in amongst the business of my life. The app is free. It is by John Eldredge a Christian author. I have not yet purchased his bible study or DVD or anything like that and I might but I just have too much to do right know and so will have to wait for that.
