Even If We Are Broken We Are Still Useful

Even If We Are Broken We Are Still Useful It always amazes me how and when and where Abba Father talks to us and what He uses to show us and guide us with. Yes again He showed up while I was in the shower, while trying to wash my hair. You see, I was having trouble trying to pour out my shampoo out of the nozzle supplied on the top of the shampoo container, which is supposed to make it easier to pour out. It was just pouring out everywhere and wasting so much of the shampoo in the process. I then had to take the nozzle of and just pour it out the old fashion way without the nozzle. The next time I got into the shower I took the nozzle of again and found that there was actually a split in the opening of the top of the container. Hence why the container wasn’t working as it should, the way that it was meant to, the way that it was designed to, it wasn’t as effective. But it still could be used.   Then Abba Father ...

One Minute Pause

One Minute Pause Today I just wanted to share with you this really helpful app that was recommended to me. It is an app to just take some time out of your day to just pause for 60 seconds and breathe. I have found it really is helping me to just feel less burdened and more relaxed in amongst the business of my life. The app is free. It is by John Eldredge a Christian author. I have not yet purchased his bible study or DVD or anything like that and I might but I just have too much to do right know and so will have to wait for that. But I can totally recommend this app to anyone especially if you just feel like you’re part of this world has totally gone mad or just out of control. Check it out. I found it very doable because he offers on the app ...

Pour Out Your Life Upon Jesus This Easter

Pour Out Your Life Upon Jesus This Easter For us as Christians Easter and the week leading up to Easter is a time to reflect on all that Jesus has done for us. Before Easter weekend there is Mary, Lazarus’s Sister who poured out a very expensive jar of perfume on Jesus’ feet that was meant to be used for His burial. When she poured out this perfume on His feet she then took her hair and wiped the oil all over His feet. This was her way of showing how thankful, how grateful she was to Him for not only bringing her Brother back to life, (This was the reason Jesus was at their place, it was a thank you meal for giving them back their Brother), but she was also very thankful and grateful for all that He took time to teach her and His love for them. Through this very action she was pouring out her heart to Him, her life. This is an example of what we also can do, not so much pour out a bottle of expensive perfume, (But is you fe...

We Have Not Suffered Alone

We Have Not Suffered Alone.   1 Peter 5:6-7, & 9 6  Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.   7  Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 9  Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. I do love all that it says in 1 Peter 5:6-10 but in this situation verses 6-7 and verse 9 have helped me with my loneliness, anxiety, and deep depression. While in this time of isolation from the COVID 19 virus, I have suffered much loneliness, anxiety, and deep depression. A lot of the time just finding that I have cried a sea of tears. We have had friends die in this time and the hardest thing is not being able to v...
