We Do Not Live Under The Law Of The Old Testament Anymore.

We do not live under the Laws of the Old Testament any longer. Because Jesus came to set us free from the old ways. So that we can live under His law of the New Testament, the law of grace, love, peace and mercy. Not of the Law of the Old Testament of judgment, fear, shame, condemnation, hate, and anger.

If you believe or even think that you are meant to still follow the old ways or are lead to believe that you do still have to fear God, and that your sins are that bad that you can’t be forgiven, then this is a lie from the enemy. For when Jesus hang on the cross for us, He took all our sins, our shame, our fear, our condemnation, our pain, our sicknesses and our diseases, all on Himself for us to not have to bear anymore, once and for all. Hallelujah! He came to free us from all of these things.

Unfortunately a lot of old Churches have taught their flock of fear, condemnation and judgment, for different reason. The disciples did warn of this many a time in the New Testament as did Luke here in:

Acts 20:30 NKJV

30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.

Here are some Scriptures to help you understand and also to back up what I am saying:

Romans 15:4 New Living Translation

For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.

John 3:16 New King James Version

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 1:17 New Kings James Version

For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

Here is the verse but the Holy Spirit has translated it slightly to help us see the love that Jesus has for us.

John 1:17 Worldwide English

Moses gave the law, but Jesus Christ gave this loving kindness and truth.

John 10:10 New King James Version

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Fortunately for our sakes, Abba Father is growing and teaching a whole new generation of believers of His love, grace, peace, mercy and His wisdom and no longer holding us back in living in fear, condemnation, and judgment, the grace generation. Living in freedom and jubilee and an abundance of grace and good health all the days of our life.

Psalm 32:8
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.

I thank and praise You, Jesus, that we have such a loving Abba Father and that He sent You, His one and only Son into this world to save us and to set us free and cleanse us from all our sins, sicknesses, pains, and shame.

Thank and praise You, Jesus that You have freed us all from the Law of Moses and that we do not have to live under that Law of the old Testament. And that You came to give us life and life in abundance. Not through judgment and fear but through grace and love.

May you go in the love and peace of our loving Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus name I pray, Hallelujah and Amen.

Who Remembers The Mr Whippy Van

Who Remembers The Mr. Whippy Van Who remembers the Mr. Whippy van driving around the neighborhood of Melbourne, Victoria? I do, it was one of my precious memories of growing up. He would play his music on his loud speaker so that everyone no matter where you were could hear that Mr. Whippy was coming. We would all run out of the house so watch him coming especially on those really hot afternoons. While you would wait you could see all the other children and parents running out to their nature strips to purchase one of his yummy soft serve ice creams. Sometimes my parents would buy us all one and sometimes they wouldn’t. Now as a grownup I realize that they couldn’t always afford to buy us all one. But that still didn’t stop us from running out to watch Mr. Whippy do his thing. Mr. Whippy looked the splitting image of Elvis Presley. We used to think he had left his job and come to serve us ice cream and sing to us in Tottenham. Because we didn’t r
