The Holy Spirit Teaching Us All, More On 2 Peter 1:2

The Holy Spirit Teaching Us All, More On 2 Peter 1:2

Last Monday 9/11/2020, I shared on my thought from 2 Peter 1:2. Well on Wednesday the 11/11/2020 only 2 days later, the Holy Spirit who is the best teacher in this world, taught me some more about the word “knowledge” that is found in 2 Peter 1:2, that I was sharing about.

2 Peter 1:2

“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.”

The word for "knowledge" here in the Old Greek means epignosis, which refers to a heart experience of what and Who God is, rather than mere intellectual knowledge of facts about Him. It is a knowledge that is gained through an intimate and personal relationship with God. In other words, when you hear and hear until you know in your heart that the Lord loves you and is for you, you will experience His unmerited favor and supernatural peace in the area of your challenges. That is when you will find His strength, wisdom, and supply multiplied tangibly in your life.

Thank you, Pastor Joseph Prince for your teaching on this Scripture that I read in your daily devotional. I always find that we never come away from his teaching empty handed. He always has such a fresh revelation on the Scripture that he teaches about. If you haven’t ever listened to Pastor Joseph Prince I would encourage you to do so. You really won’t have wasted your time. He truly is a man guided by the Holy Spirit and a man of grace.

I always love how the Holy Spirit shows up and surprises you with even more depth and golden nuggets, treasures. If we don’t harden our hearts we can always learn more.

Today I pray that we do not harden our hearts to what the Holy Spirit wants to teach us, through the Love of the Father’s heart for us. For this is the desire of our Abba Father, who wants to teach us all about His ways.

I also pray that; “The Lord bless you
    and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you

    and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you

    and give you peace.”’
(Isaiah 6:24-26).

In Jesus name I pray these prayers, Hallelujah and Amen.

Who Remembers The Mr Whippy Van

                                    Who Remembers The Mr. Whippy Van Who remembers the Mr. Whippy van driving around the neighborhood of Melbourne, Victoria? I do, it was one of my precious memories of growing up. He would play his music on his loud speaker so that everyone no matter where you were could hear that Mr. Whippy was coming. We would all run out of the house so watch him coming especially on those really hot afternoons. While you would wait you could see all the other children and parents running out to their nature strips to purchase one of his yummy soft serve ice creams. Sometimes my parents would buy us all one and sometimes they wouldn’t. Now as a grownup I realize that they couldn’t always afford to buy us all one. But that still didn’t stop us from running out to watch Mr. Whippy do his thing. Mr. Whippy looked the splitting image of Elvis Presley. We used to think he had left his job and come to serve us ice cream and sing to us in Tottenham. Because we didn’t r
